PRINCE2® Certificates

Obtain certification in accordance with the globally recognized British project-management methodology PRINCE2®.

PRINCE2® is a highly popular process-oriented project management method. It builds a structured framework around a project and gives the project team specific recommendations for each project phase. PRINCE2® stands for Projects in Controlled Environments. It is a process model that describes in detail the necessary activities across an entire project. It originates from the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), an agency of the British government.

PRINCE2® training leads to the following certifications:

PRINCE2® Foundation

PRINCE2® Foundation is the entry-level certificate for two-stage PRINCE2® training. It is suited to anyone who wants to certify their knowledge of the principles and terminology of PRINCE2®.

PRINCE2® Practitioner

PRINCE2® Practitioner is the second training stage. Building on PRINCE2® Foundation, it demonstrates how to apply the model to a real project and implement it successfully.
