With more than 500,000 members, the Project Management Institute (PMI) is the world’s largest professional association for project management. It issues a range of accredited project management certificates.

We are PMI® Authorized Training Partner. This means that the high quality of our seminars and the adherence to the project management standards in our seminars are continuously checked and confirmed by PMI.
The Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification is the most prestigious and internationally recognized certification in project management. It is suitable for project managers with several years’ experience who have a sound knowledge of project management methods in both theory and practice. More than 1.000,000 PMP® certificates have been issued worldwide. More and more global companies are encouraging their project managers to obtain PMP® certification or are making the PMPcertification a requirement when outsourcing to external companies.
The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification is an entry-level certificate directed at junior project managers, prospective project managers, possibly also project staff, and others. It allows people with relatively little project management experience to achieve a qualified verification of their project management knowledge. More than 50,000 CAPM® certificates have been issued worldwide.
Our seminars are modular in structure. This enables you to cover the seminar material more easily and get the most out of your preparation time. You also have the opportunity to review the material covered in the first module and you can add questions to the second module. You can access a detailed explanation of all exam-relevant topics from the PMI and PMBOK® Guide.
You will also receive the 35 hours of training required to qualify for the exam.
In accordance with our blended learning approach, face-to-face meetings are combined with self-study and an online test tool that is available at any time. This way you are optimally prepared for the exam!
The Project Management Institute (PMI) has published several standardization documents, of which “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)” is the most important. The PMBOK® Guide is now recognized worldwide as the most important set of standards in project management and is the basis for PMP certification and CAPM certification.
The PMBOK® Guide describes all process steps of professional project management from the initiation, the planning, the execution, the controlling to the closing processes. Further it contains detailed information on methods and techniques for managing scale, time, expenses, risk, quality, staff, communication and purchasing in projects.
The PMBOK® Guide is available in bookstores or directly on the PMI® website if you are a PMI member.
