This seminar is designed for aspiring Scrum Masters, project managers, team leaders, Agile coaches, and anyone looking to implement Agile methods in their projects. It is ideal for those who are deeply involved with Scrum and wish to earn a recognized certification.

You will learn the basic principles and values of Scrum, understand the distribution of roles within a Scrum team, and acquire practical methods for agile project management. This seminar specifically prepares you for the Scrum Master certification and equips you with the necessary skills to successfully apply Scrum in your project environment.

The Scrum Master ensures that the Scrum team can work effectively. They facilitate the process, remove obstacles, protect the team from disruptions, and ensure compliance with Scrum rules.
The Product Owner, on the other hand, is responsible for the content: They maintain the Product Backlog, prioritize requirements, and represent the interests of the stakeholders.
Both roles are essential—but with very different focuses.

The Scrum Master certification focuses on agile project management using Scrum —that is, on short cycles, flexible requirements, and self-organization within the team.
PMP^® (Project Management Professional) and CAPM^® (Certified Associate in Project Management) are more traditional PMI certifications that cover comprehensive project management standards—such as budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Scrum Master is ideal for you if you work in an agile environment or are part of a Scrum team.PMP^® orCAPM^® provide you with a broad foundation for traditional, hybrid, and agile projects.

The Scrum Master Certification seminar is offered either as an in-person seminar or as a live online seminar.

• Live online seminar: Start is at 8:30 am, end around 5:30 pm.
• In-person seminar: On the first day of the seminar, the session begins at 9:00 a.m.; on the following days, it begins at 8:30 a.m. The seminar usually ends at 5:30 p.m., except on the last day, when it ends at 5:00 p.m.

There is a lunch break and flexible breaks in between – depending on the exercise situation and the motivation of the group.

All formats are interactive, practical and include many concrete exercises:

• Live online seminar: You work on exercises in small groups via MS Teams, use Miroboard, AI tools, Slido and other digital exercise formats.
• Classroom seminar: In bright and friendly seminar rooms, you will work on exercises in small groups, experience a wide range of practical examples and have space to exchange experiences. The atmosphere is collegial, structured and open to your specific questions.

Group sizes are intentionally kept small to facilitate personalized learning, intensive practice, and targeted feedback. This allows you to benefit from hands-on exercises and apply your Scrum skills right away.

Basic knowledge of project management is helpful, but not a prerequisite.

You will need a laptop or PC with a stable internet connection, camera and headset. You will receive the access link and all other technical information by e-mail in good time before the seminar.

After registering, you will receive an invoice that you can pay conveniently by bank transfer. You will receive the payment information by e-mail.

If you fall ill and are unable to attend, you can nominate a substitute participant to take your place at any time. If this is not possible, you will pay the seminar fees, but can attend the next date at a reduced rate of 50% of the participation fee.
