PRINCE2® Exam

Your evidence for Best Practice Know How in project management

In order to qualify for PRINCE2®, it is necessary and time-safing to run through a training. The first step is a foundation training, the second step a practitioner training. Both parts include an examination for the candidates at the end of the training, which we make possible in cooperation with our ATO partner.

Prove

The training according to PRINCE2® provides the following certifications:

PRINCE2® Foundation

You get the PRINCE2® Foundation certificate when you master the theory.
The candidates answer 75 questions in a one-hour multiple-choice test. Here you should prove that you master the principles and concepts of PRINCE2® and that you can apply these methods actively in projects.

PRINCE2® Practitioner

At registration the candidate has to prove a PRINCE2® foundation certificate.
In a 2,5-hour open-book-test (PRINCE2® handbook is permitted during the examination) the candidates answer 109 questions concerning the methods, components and processes of PRINCE2®by means of a fictive project. The candidates prove their capability of planning and implementing projects according to PRINCE2® and that they are able to handle challenges and difficulties using the suitable methods.
