General seminar participation conditions:
- You will receive written confirmation after signing up for a seminar.
- Invoices are issued approx. three weeks before a seminar begins.
- Written confirmation will include a list of hotels situated close to the venue.
- With modular seminar packages, your booking is valid for the full series of seminars.
Cancellation policy:
- A booking may be canceled without charge provided this is done at least three weeks prior to the event.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- The full seminar fee will still apply if a participant does not attend a seminar or does not cancel within the required time frame.
- A replacement is permitted to take the place of a registered seminar participant.
- If a booking is canceled outside the no-charge period but a new booking is made immediately for the same seminar taking place within a 6-month period after the booking, 50% of the seminar fee already paid will be credited to the charge for the new seminar.
Additional conditions for our PMP preparation seminars:
- You are aware that the PMI has certain examination requirements and that an additional charge is made by PMI for this examination.
- A seminar booking is binding even if the participant — for whatever reason — should not be permitted to take the PMI examination.
