SEMINAR OBJECTIVES
In this seminar, you will experience through many practical exercises how the role of the Scrum Product Owner is defined and what tasks and responsibilities he has in an agile environment. You will know how to clearly define your wishes and requirements in a simple way and set priorities as a client. You will learn how to meaningfully interact with the other members of the Scrum team, as well as with customers and other stakeholders. You will know how to accept the results and provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement. This will help you achieve the highest return on investment, customer satisfaction and added value in your projects.

You will get to know all the elements of Scrum from the perspective of the product owner. We will alternate theory with practical exercises and link your questions to our practical experiences. After the seminar, you can take the certification to become a Scrum Product Owner. Participants receive 16 PDUs or a certificate of further education for IPMA.
