Requirements Management Seminar

How assumptions become reliable requirements.

Many projects don’t stall because of poor execution. Rather, it’s because it was never clearly defined at the outset what exactly was supposed to be implemented.

In this seminar, you’ll learn how to gather requirements in a structured way, document them clearly, and manage changes effectively. This process turns initial ideas into a clear foundation for work—for traditional, agile, and hybrid projects.

  • WHY THIS SEMINAR?

  • Collect and document requirements in a structured manner
  • Avoiding Misunderstandings Early in the Project
  • Engage Stakeholders in a Targeted Manner
  • Prioritizing Requirements Effectively
  • Manage Changes in a Traceable Manner
  • For traditional, agile, and hybrid projects
  • Practical exercises and case studies
  • Apply methods directly within the project

SEMINAR GOALS

Good requirements rarely arise by chance.
They arise when the right questions are asked.

That’s exactly what you’ll practice in this seminar.

You will learn how to gather requirements in a structured manner, document them clearly, and manage changes in a traceable way.

After two days, you’ll feel much more confident when talking with clients, departments, and project teams.

YOUR BENEFIT

Many projects don’t fail because of technical issues.
They fail because different people have different ideas about the end result.

After this seminar, you’ll be able to analyze requirements more closely, conduct discussions in a more structured manner, and document decisions clearly. This reduces misunderstandings and facilitates collaboration between clients, departments, and the project team.

You’ll apply these methods directly during the seminar. Through exercises, case studies, and discussions, you’ll apply them to situations that actually arise in day-to-day project work.
