  • How long does the Project Management Basics seminar take?

    Our standard basics seminar lasts 3 days. For in-house seminars, especially if you manage smaller projects or are part of a project team, we offer a shortened version of 2 days.

  • Who can take part in the Project Management Basics seminar?

    If you manage projects, will manage projects in the future or are taking on larger tasks in a project, this seminar is just right for you. Experienced project managers who would like to refresh their basic knowledge are also very welcome.

  • What are the requirements for my participation in the Project Management Basics seminar?

    There are no prerequisites for this basic seminar. Anyone who is interested can take part. If you already manage projects, it would be great if you could bring an example from your practice.

  • Can I work on my own project in the Project Management Basics seminar?

    Yes, this is possible and even highly recommended. Bring the details of your project to the seminar. This way, the trainer can give you specific feedback and we can use your project as a practical example to directly apply the methods presented in the seminar.

  • What happens if I fall ill and cannot attend the seminar at short notice?

    If you fall ill and are unable to attend, you can nominate a substitute participant to take your place at any time. If this is not possible, you will pay the seminar fees, but can attend the next date at a reduced rate of 50% of the participation fee.

  • Is the seminar only suitable for classic projects?

    No, the seminar covers classic, agile and hybrid project management approaches. It provides a solid foundation for every project.

  • Is the seminar also suitable for agile projects?

    Yes, the seminar is designed for classic, agile and hybrid projects and provides a basic foundation for all of them.

  • In which language is the basic seminar offered?

    The seminar is offered in German and English as standard. For in-house events, we can also conduct the seminar in Spanish.

  • What is the maximum number of participants that can take part in a seminar?

    We attach great importance to small working groups. For in-house seminars, we limit the number of participants to a maximum of 12 people. For our open seminars, we generally prefer even smaller groups.

  • Will I receive a certificate after the seminar?

    Yes, you will receive a digital certificate of attendance that certifies the seminar content, objectives and duration. You can also integrate and share the certificate as a badge on social media platforms.

  • Is there an exam at the end of the seminar?

    No, this seminar focuses on teaching content and ends without a final exam. However, if you are interested in an external certificate with an exam, we recommend our CAPM seminar, which includes a three-hour exam by the Project Management Institute.
