  • Who is the Change Management seminar suitable for?

    The seminar is aimed at managers, project managers, change managers and anyone who wants to actively shape and support change processes in companies. It is ideal for anyone who wants to successfully manage change and lead teams confidently through phases of change.

  • What do I learn in the Change Management seminar?

    You will learn how to systematically plan, communicate and manage change processes. You will learn how to recognize resistance and deal with it constructively. You will also be provided with practical methods to turn those affected into participants and anchor changes in the long term.

  • How does the Change Management seminar work?

    The Change Management seminar takes place either as a face-to-face or live online seminar.

    • Live online seminar: Start is at 8:30 am, end around 5:30 pm.
    • Face-to-face seminar: The seminar starts at 9:00 a.m. on the first day and at 8:30 a.m. on the following days. The seminar usually ends at 17:30, on the last day at 17:00.

    There is a lunch break and flexible breaks in between – depending on the exercise situation and the motivation of the group.

    All formats are interactive, practical and include many concrete exercises:

    • Live online seminar: You work on exercises in small groups via MS Teams, use Miroboard, AI tools, Slido and other digital exercise formats.
    • Classroom seminar: In bright and friendly seminar rooms, you will work on exercises in small groups, experience a wide range of practical examples and have space to exchange experiences. The atmosphere is collegial, structured and open to your specific questions.
  • How large is the group in the Change Management seminar?

    The group size is deliberately kept small to enable intensive practice, personal exchange and targeted feedback. You benefit from practical exercises and concrete impulses for your change projects.

  • Do I need previous knowledge for the Change Management seminar?

    Basic knowledge of project management is helpful, but not essential.

  • What happens if I fall ill and cannot attend the seminar at short notice?

    If you fall ill and are unable to attend, you can nominate a substitute participant to take your place at any time. If this is not possible, you will pay the seminar fees, but can attend the next date at a reduced rate of 50% of the participation fee.

  • Can I also book the Change Management seminar in-house?
