Slide
Lukas Weiss | Stadtwerke Stuttgart

Real projects/project ideas were used as examples for all methods.
It offered real added value for the day-to-day running of the project.

Slide
Jenny Peters | Cheplapharm Arzneimittel GmbH

I particularly liked the trainer's experience, which meant that many specific questions could be answered. The trainer had a very pleasant working atmosphere and was flexible. The work materials provided were very comprehensive.

Slide
Nuria Pino | Henkel AG & Co. KGaA

The space for discussion about real experiences and examples was particularly valuable, making the theory much more tangible. The openness to accept feedback and adapt the methodology accordingly to make it even more helpful for the team was also positive.

Slide
Michael Breuning | Dürr Group Services GmbH

The clear structure that a moderator can introduce within a meeting was particularly helpful. The moderation toolbox presented and the distinction between presentation and moderation were very informative. It also became clear that the moderator is responsible for the process and not the content and how important it is to actively involve the participants.

Slide
Julian Peters | Zeppelin Power Systems GmbH

The content of the seminar was very relevant and practical. The exchange between the participants and with the trainer was particularly enriching. The exercises were goal-oriented and the trainer impressed with his motivation, commitment and pleasant, motivating manner.

FAQ

  • Who is the seminar "Basics of resource and cost planning" suitable for?

The seminar is aimed at project managers, project staff and PMO employees who plan or monitor resources and project costs.

  • Do I need previous knowledge of Microsoft Project?

Basic knowledge is helpful, but not essential. The most important functions are explained step by step in the seminar and applied directly in practice.

  • Can I use my own project examples in the seminar?

Yes, you can bring your own project plans or typical scenarios from your everyday project work and work on them in the seminar.

  • Why is resource planning so important in a project?

Project planning only works reliably if the actual availability of resources is also taken into account. If capacities or costs are not planned in good time, deadlines are often postponed or budgets are exceeded.

  • Can I also book the seminar in-house?

Yes, each of our seminars can also be held as in-house training. From around five participants, this is already worthwhile – both in terms of time and cost.

  • What happens if I fall ill and cannot attend at short notice?

If you fall ill and are unable to attend, you have the option of nominating a substitute participant to take your place at any time.
If this is not possible, you will pay the seminar fees, but can attend the next date at a reduced rate of 50% of the participation fee.
