With around 100 questions, you quickly get an overview of the status of your PM maturity level and recommendations for improvements. The evaluation takes place in 5 steps, similar to the well-known Capability Maturity Model of Carnegie-Mellon.

Ideally, the questions of the PSC100 analysis are answered by several people in the company and then evaluated by us. This gives you different perspectives on your project management in action. The evaluation can be carried out by area, department or group of persons. This makes it directly visible where, for example, individual departments are weakly integrated or where deficits are seen by other participants that may not be noticed so quickly.

YOUR BENEFIT

You will very quickly have a systematic and well-founded overview of the status of your project management and the necessary opportunities for improvement. This forms a professional basis for discussion in order to discuss, decide and implement any necessary measures.

With the maturity model used, you can see exactly the status of your project management in comparison to industry standards. Of course, you will also receive comprehensive recommendations on how to further develop your organisation.

If you need a very detailed analysis, covering hundreds of different aspects in project management, we can also use one of these maturity analysis models:
