Project management standards used

In recent years, project management has been professionally developed and standardized worldwide. These standards help to ensure that the same terms and methods are used in projects from different industries and countries. Only in this way is it possible to work together successfully across the board. The ISO Standard 21500:2012 “Guidance on project management” was supported by the major international project management organisations such as PMI and IPMA and has made significant progress towards standardisation.

The model underlying our PSC-100 analysis is based on the Capability Maturity Model of Carnegie-Mellon and shows 5 different maturity levels:
