PM DELTA-ANALYSIS

PM Delta is an analysis model which has been developed in close conjunction with the International Project Management Association (IPMA). This maturity model is also highly comprehensive and detailed and serves to optimize fine details in a similar way to the OPM3^®.

The procedure is divided into 3 phases:

• Introduction
  Objectives and a diagnosis plan of procedures are determined. Internal company data is analyzed.
• Executing
  Interviews are conducted company-internal and a comparison between current project management processes and the desired state is made.
• Evaluation
  Strengths and needs for action are documented in a report. In a summary report single project management processes are evaluated with the help of a scale 1 to 10, according to the ISO 10006.
