OUR CERTIFICATION PREPARATION SEMINARS:
Efficient learning and a lower overall investment
Our seminars are modular in structure. This enables you to cover the seminar material more easily and get the most out of your preparation time. You also have the opportunity to review the material covered in the first module and you can add questions to the second module. You can access a detailed explanation of all exam-relevant topics from the PMI® and PMBOK® Guide.
You will also receive the 35 hours of training required to qualify for the exam.
In accordance with our blended learning approach, face-to-face meetings are combined with self-study and an online test tool that is available at any time. This way you are optimally prepared for the exam!
“Many thanks for the excellent preparation course and flexible web tool. The tool was a great help and a really useful part of exam preparation.”
The Project Management Institute (PMI)® has published several standardization documents, of which “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)” is the most important. The PMBOK® Guide is now recognized worldwide as the most important set of standards in project management and is the basis for certification as Project Management Professionals (PMP)® and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®.
The PMBOK® Guide describes all process steps of professional project management from the initiation, the planning, the execution, the controlling to the closing processes. Further it contains detailed information on methods and techniques for managing scale, time, expenses, risk, quality, staff, communication and purchasing in projects.
The PMBOK® Guide is available in bookstores or directly on the PMI® website if you are a PMI®member. At present the PMBOK® Guide is available in 7 different languages.
Members of PMI® can download the new PMBOK® Guide free of charge as a pdf file at:
