Process Improvement Skills

A simulation which lets you experience active quality management

Process Management

Some work processes in organizations are far from optimal. Many people involved perceive this, but sometimes technical arguments are missing to initiate appropriate corrective actions and changes. In other cases the processes seem to be appropriate from an internal perspective but necessities from the outside or customer complaints make an optimization inevitable. In both situations the methods of quality and process management lead to a focused and target-oriented improvement.

Seminar Objectives

In our seminar you will learn proven methods and techniques for effective process improvement. The necessary competencies are conveyed to you with theoretical inputs and hands-on simulations of typical work processes. This seminar has two streams in parallel. In theoretical parts you will get to know the necessary methods and techniques for a continuous process improvement. In the simulation parts you will also practice and apply what you have learned to really see and feel how processes get better and better.

Your Benefit

During the course you get to know the means to evaluate working processes quantitatively and qualitatively. You obtain methods and techniques to analyze and optimize these processes. The active experience of a typical work situation raises the necessary awareness and fosters the fun element of continuous process improvement. Our simulation is repeated four times. This way, you will relive what is possible with the help of continuous process improvement.
