Get to know the basics of communication to convince other people
We continuously talk and communicate with other people. Day in, day out, without any problems. But sometimes things do not turn out the way we wanted: We are not successful in convincing a colleague of our ideas. A manager does not even listen and carries on before you got to your point. Such situations repeatedly come up. We reach our limits with our communication patterns. Why isn’t the other listening properly? And why can’t I convince the other?
Seminar Objectives
In this seminar you get to know the basics of successful communication. Normally, communica-tion is an unconscious process, but we will make it a conscious process. You will reflect different possibilities to better convey your own ideas, viewpoints and opinions.
With the help of smaller theoretical models and many hands-on communication exercises, we will reflect your personal communication style and you will receive direct and concrete feedback to expand your possibilities.
Your Benefit
Our seminar concept is very interactive. You will experience yourself in demanding situations in which you will have to convey your ideas and opinions to convince your opponent. For these exercises you will receive individual feedback and suggestions through your trainer and the other seminar participants.
You also have the possibility to bring in your own situations into peer consulting to prepare for a difficult discussion.
