Managing Change through Projects

How you will be able to reduce resistance and increase acceptance

Most projects involve change. However, around just 40% of all change projects are truly successful. Sometimes the change aspect is not even formulated in the objectives of the project – that’s why only “technically” lead software introductions often fail. But you wish to make sure from the beginning on that your project results are really used? How can you plan, execute and control your (change) project effectively?

Seminar Objectives

Successful change management is based on systematic methods and processes, as well as a winning attitude towards change and the participants. In our seminar you will learn the key factors for successful change projects and apply this learning to your own project:

  • You can systematically plan change projects and sustain their anchoring
  • You work in a group in 4 stages to develop a Change Master Plan for a selected project
  • You learn the requisite methods and tools and use these to expand your repertoire, which you apply in configuring and controlling demanding change processes.
  • You gain new impulses which will allow you to deal with difficult situations and you become able to act with confidence when working on your actual change project
