Employ and deepen PM Methods
Exploit full potentials in the application of PM methods and expand your repertoire
In principle you know the most important project management methods, but you are aware that you are not really applying them? Or you are no longer fully certain of how these methods actually function? You would like to freshen your memory without having to attend a basic seminar? Or the methods known to you are sometimes inadequate and you are seeking extensions and expansions to these?
Seminar Objectives
In this seminar you will acquire further in-depth knowledge of the methods and techniques that you have already learned as a result of your own experiences or in a previous basic project management seminar. During the seminar you will discuss practical applications of these methods to enable you to implement your PM methods to good effect in practical project work. We examine potential obstacles and reveal solutions to assist you in dealing with these. In addition, you learn new project management methods where necessary, whilst also refining existing methods. This will enable you to professionally plan and control large and complex projects.
Your Benefit
This seminar is highly practice-orientated. The methods presented have proven themselves to be reliable in innumerable projects. We work with colourful case studies and also tackle elements of your own projects. Theoretical inputs revolve around intensive workshops and discussions.
