Contractual agreement does not secure a project by any means. After all, it is not possible to account fully for every circumstance which may arise during a project at the early stages of contractual negotiations. During the project implementation phase contractual hitches and breakdowns are common, e.g. schedule delays, quality deficiencies etc. Such incidents influence the relationship between customer and supplier. Claim management will allow you to constructively solve such incidents.

Seminar Objectives

In order to secure the project budget it is increasingly important that one recognises and pushes through or protects against additional project claims. The path to successful claim management is already set in place during contractual development and agreement.
In our seminar, you will learn the important foundations and discover how you can implement logical claim management as an effective means of protecting your project budget. This will provide you with the essential assurances for critical contractual negotiations and will enable you to solve future contractual hitches and breakdowns constructively.
