Seminar Objectives
The aim of this seminar series is to support you in expanding on your experiences in the fields of leadership, team and conflict management, and to develop your strengths. You recognise available resources and are able to utilise these to good effect in your daily work with employees.
Discover with us that purposeful management brings satisfaction, that the transferral of responsibilities can release strengths and that a reflective contact with tasks and personnel can unburden one’s existence as a project leader and supervisor. Your Benefit
This seminar series deals exclusively with your experiences and effectiveness as a project leader and manager. We do not entangle ourselves in a complex package of theories. The focus is on your practical situations which we reflect and try to optimise. You will receive open, constructive feedback and many suggestions.
The seminar series comprises of three 2-day modules with a practical phase of 4-6 weeks in-between. This will provide you with the opportunity to integrate your learnings into your existing management concept and to reflect on your experiences in the participant group before further developing them.

This course is designed for experienced project leaders and managers who wish to optimise and reflect on their personal leadership attitude with the help of hands-on activities. It would be helpful if participants have already attended the course series “Situational Project Management”. - Group Size
Maximum of 18 participants (up to 12 participants we work with one instructor). For larger groups we work with two instructors to guarantuee optimal supervision of group works. - Language
