Seminar Objectives
In this seminar the single topics of the PRINCE2® foundation seminar will be refreshed and deepened with current case studies. The objective of the course is to use PRINCE2® in your own projects and control the management phases effectively. This you will learn with scenarios of your every day business life.
You learn with PRINCE2® a best practice projekt management method. By adopting this approach a controlled surrounding will be created, which enables the management to put on projects very awarely and delegate responsibilities as well as authority clearly.
The qualification consists of two steps, the foundation- and the practitioner-training. The participants will pass both with an examination. This practioner course constructs with the foundation and prepares the project manager for the PRINCE2® practitioner examination perfectly.
