In our intensive PRINCE2® foundation seminar you will learn in three days the necessary working method for the success of your projects in accordance with PRINCE2® and being well prepared for the official certification.
You will lern with PRINCE2® a Best Practice Projektmanagement method. With this approach there will be created a controlled surrounding which enables the management to draw up projects consciously and delegate responsibilities and authority clearly.
The qualification consits of two steps, the foundation- and the practitioner training. The participants will pass both steps by an examination. This foundation cours creates an understanding of the PRINCE2® method and prepars the project manager for the PRINCE2® foundation examination perfectly.
