Seminar Objectives
In this course series participants acquire essential know-how for professional project management and prepare efficiently for the demanding exam at the same time.
The course is designed to assist junior project leaders, budding project managers or project team members for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® exam by presenting the complex topic in a comprehensive way and by guiding participants through all knowledge areas and process steps of the PMBOK® Guide.

Your Benefit
Our seminar consists of two modules. This way, our participants can process the amount of material more easily and they can use their preparation time effectively. You see a picture of our seminar design and the necessary self-preparation times on PMI® certification.
We discuss and explain the most important information on seminar and exam in a kick-off. After that, participants have time to prepare themselves for the seminar and apply for the certification. During the first module, we work on the PMBOK® Guide’s topics from the planning point of view and become an overview over all knowledge areas. After this module, participants know in which areas they should work on more intensively until the second module. During the second module, we talk about the topics from an execution and controlling point of view und clarify open questions. Then participants should be ready to pass the exam. We recommend taking the exam within a maximum of four weeks.

- Target Group
The seminar is designed for junior project leaders, budding project managers or project team members who wish to acquire the CAPM® credential and who fulfil the application requirements of the Project Management Institute. The participants should be familiar with the basic methods of project management, as e.g. delivered in our seminar “Project Management Fundamentals”. - Group Size
Maximum of 12 participants. This way, we wish to make sure that the seminar is highly efficient and guarantee the highest possible benefit for you. - Language
English or German/English, i.e. contents and materials are in English, explanations are mostly in German. As an in-house seminar we can deliver this course either in German/English or completely in English. - Duration
3+2 Days - Notice
Both, CAPM® and PMP® exam are based on the same theory. Thus the examenees visit the same course for preparation. In English, we normally conduct this course only as an inhouse-seminar.
