Assess your Project Management Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
For our customers we offer here the possibility to assess your knowledge, skills and abilities in professional Project Management. This can be done either prior to a planned seminar or development programme to identify the appropriate course level. Or it can be used after having attended project management seminars to assess and test the learning impact.
The content of our assessment is based on the professional standards from the Project Management Institute (PMI® ). It measures available knowledge of project managers and their ability to apply it to typical project situations. Furthermore it includes questions on ethical behaviour. For companies we are able to tailor our assessment to include company specific content.
The test content is aligned with PMI's A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK-Guide® ) :

The test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. All questions and answers are in English. On average it takes 60-75 minutes to complete the test.
