  • PSC 100-Analysis
    This method is based on the internationally recognised standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®, further developed by us on the basis of practical experience to make the methods more simple for you to apply. We have developed it together with our cooperative partner MuGrow and utilise it successfully in both companies.
  • OPM3®-Analysis
    The detailed tool of the international Project Management Institute (PMI)®.
  • PM Delta-Analysis
    The comprehensive tool of the German Project Management Institute (GPM)

How might it go?
