Kommunikationstraining Simmerl GbR educates trainer, consultants, managers and coaches, supports the vision-orientated further development of organisations and teams and coaches companies and individuals in important and awkward situations.
A particular focus of Kommunikationstraining Simmerl is interdisciplinary teaching and learning through the networking of knowledge and skills from pedagogic, psychological and commercial fields: E.g. holistic learning, didactics and methods, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), system-theory, group dynamics, communications approaches, personality development, organisational development. Thus, participants receive a high degree of usefulness and effectiveness for their own practical circumstances in terms of the teaching content provided.
We have learned many new things about NLP from Werner and Claudia Simmerl and value their positive disposition and logical solution orientation highly.
