In order to qualify of PRINCE2®, it is necessary and time-safing to run through a training. The first step is a foundation- the second step a practitioner-training. At the end of the training for both parts a examination is provided which we supply in cooperation with our ATO-partner.
PRINCE2® Foundation
The PRINCE2® Foundation-certificate you get, when you master the theory.
In an one-hour multiple-choice test the candidates answers 75 questions. This should mention that you master the principles and conception of PRINCE2® beherrschen and that you can work actively with projects according to this methods.
PRINCE2® Practitioner
At the time of registration the candidate has to prove of a PRINCE2® foundation certificate.
In a 2,5 hours open-book-test (PRINCE2® handbook is permitted during the examination) the candidates answers 109 questions concerning the methods, components and processes of PRINCE2® by means of a fictive project. They prove of their knowledge of planning and implementation of projects of PRINCE2® and are able to work with challenges and difficulties methods-conformly.
